We’re seeking an experienced Payroll Processor for a long-term contract opportunity located onsite in the Bronx. This role offers strong potential to convert to a permanent position and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume payroll environment.

💲 Pay Rate: $30–33/hour
📍 Location: Bronx, NY (Onsite)
🕒 Schedule: 35 hours/week with flexible Friday coverage every other week (6am–2pm or 10am–6pm)

Key responsibilities include:
✔️ Processing payroll, garnishments, taxes, deductions, and year-end activities
✔️ Managing employee payroll records and HRIS/payroll systems
✔️ Supporting payroll compliance, audits, reconciliations, and reporting
✔️ Resolving payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
✔️ Working across multiple payroll systems simultaneously

Ideal candidates will have:
✅ 2+ years of payroll processing experience
✅ Experience with Oracle Cloud, PeopleSoft, and ADP
✅ Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
✅ Knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements
✅ Excellent analytical skills, particularly with retro pay calculations and time reporting
✅ CPP or FPC certification preferred
