Title-Payroll Analyst
Location-Raleigh, North Carolina (hybrid),27609
Duration- 4 months contract
Onsite - T/W/Th
Description: Ensure Payroll data is accurate and processed correctly ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Essential Duties and Job Functions
- Support the day-to-day operations of theU.S. payrollteam, including processing ofexpats, relocation, new hires, LOAs, benefits, terminations, tax inquiries, payroll helpdesk and employee changes as needed.
- Monitor and respond to cases via theEmployee Service Center ticketing system.
- EnsureSarbanes-Oxley requirements, finance policies(Controller's Manual), and tax and labor law requirements are followed.
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to build partnerships with key business stakeholders and work cross functionally.
- Expert time management, problem-solving, and data analysis skills
- Excellent communication skills, organization skills, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills.
- Working knowledge ofWorkday Payroll is required
- Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Visio, andIntermediate Excel) is required (i.e. vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
- Strong written, presentation and interpersonal skills are required.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-national, changing environment, meeting deadlines in an accurate and timely manner. Must be detail oriented.
- Team player, positive attitude, and willingness to support payroll department's goals and vision.
