• Strong understanding of ISO 20022 payment architecture.
• Skilled in managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
• Builds strong stakeholder relationships and secures buy-in at all levels.
• Plans effectively to optimise delivery, manage scope, and reduce risks.
• Proactively monitors execution to identify risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Analyses reports to provide insights for informed business decisions.
• Manages change adoption to ensure smooth implementation and lasting benefits
• Should have very good communication and negotiation skills in managing multiple application teams
• Good understanding on Steering level committee meetings
