Bookkeeper

We are looking for a dedicated Bookkeeper to join our dynamic Finance department in Limassol, Cyprus.

Key responsibilities: 

• Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including invoice/bills recording and bank reconciliations. 
• Record financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Assist in preparing financial reports such as VAT and VIES.
• Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Handle other administrative tasks as needed.
• Any other ad-hoc request as requested from the direct supervisor.
  

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Experience with NetSuite accounting software will be considered an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
