Patient Treatment Coordinator

We’re looking for a Funergetic, Self-Driven, trustworthy team who has a mindset of making Lemonade out of Lemons, to be our Treatment Coordinator.

Essential functions:

- Answers telephones

- Professional yet casual, able to joyfully and mindfully communicate with patients, active listener, clear verbal communicator, energized and effective communicator

- Checks patients in and out proficiently

- Primary function is presenting finances to patients, secures financial agreements, setting up payment plans and monitoring them, managing patient care/concerns, daily audits, 90 day past due collections, attend bi-weekly leadership meetings.

- Returns patient phone calls regarding treatment, Follow up with patients on treatment plans

- Collect payments from patients in the practice
