Are you ready to build your career by joining a healthcare provider? If so, our client is hiring a Patient Services Coordinator.
Position Type:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- On-Site
- Patient Care Coordinator
- Shift: Monday - Friday 5x8 (8am-4:30pm)
- Potential for Saturday, but would be rare**
- Prior healthcare, hospital, or medical office experience required
- Spanish Speaking - Required
- Radiology experience - Preferred
- Experience interacting with patients
- Must have good communication skills**
- Must be able to be on their feet for majority of shift
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull minimum 50 lbs
- Cerner/EMR
- Patient Services Coordinator
- Must be bilingual (Eng/SP).
- Communicates between offices, patients, staff, and Radiologist about upcoming procedures.
- Schedules procedures requiring authorization and GFE.
- Works with Cerner EMR.
- Manages Mammography letters/notices to patients.
