Patient Service Specialist - South Burlington

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Patient Service Specialist is an integral part of the patient experience and a key contributor to delivering high quality customer service to our patients and visitors that is caring, consistent and reliable.  The incumbent provides administrative support in the clinic setting to patients and families, members of the care team and administrative leaders to ensure the smooth operation of the medicaloffice.   

EDUCATION:

H.S. diploma or equivalent required; Coursework in administrative or medical sciences preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

Proven excellent customer service experience required.  Must have at least one year of experience in a clinical and/or administrative setting.  Must be able to multi-task, work independently and have solid organizational skills.  Must have strong computer and data entry skills along with the ability to learn new computerprograms.
