Siloam Denpasar Hospital is equipped with trauma and medical evacuation units such as mobile hospital services, haemodialysis, and day chemotherapy. The hospital has also obtained KARS accreditation from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia and is always ready to serve local and international patients.

• Provide information, explanations, and counseling regarding products and facilities, as well as practicing physicians, to patients, customers, and invited guests who come in or visit by phone, with the highest quality service while maintaining company benefits and safety.
• Receive, record, and respond to feedback from patients, customers, and invited guests, both verbally and in writing. Liaise with relevant departments to investigate any cases/complaints that arise.
• Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including participating in training, collecting data, documenting, and/or preparing reports as needed to support the achievement of hospital-wide indicators and related department/unit targets.

•Minimum of 1 years of experience in guest relations/service excellence, preferably in healthcare industry

•Strong negotiation skills and good communication.

•Native / fluent English speaker

•Expatriates, preferably based in Bali, with Australian or European nationality.
