Patient Coordinator

AtArgyle Pediatric Dentistry, we are dedicated to providing a fun and positive dental experience for children. We are looking for aPatient Coordinator who is friendly, organized, and preferably fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team and help us create a welcoming environment for our diverse patient base.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet patients and families with a warm, welcoming smile
• Manage patient check-ins and check-outs
• Schedule appointments and ensure smooth coordination of patient flow
• Answer phones, respond to questions, and provide exceptional customer service in both languages
• Verify insurance benefits and assist with billing inquiries
• Maintain accurate patient records and help keep the office organized

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred (pediatric experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for working with children
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time efficiently
• Familiarity with dental office software (experience with Dentrix or Open Dental is a plus)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
