Job Description:
The Patient Clerical Aide provides clerical support for the Medical Imaging department. The Patient Clerical Aide provides services while in the reception/registration area and file room.Education:
High School Graduate or Equivalent - Preferred
College Level Coursework - Preferred
Business School - Preferred
Experience:
6 Months Clerical - Preferred
Clerical - Healthcare Environment - Preferred
Skills:
Ability to type 35 to 40 words per minute.
Basic computer and typing skills are required.
Special skills which are required include knowledge of medical terminology, familiarity with computer entry, the ability to file both numerically and alphabetically and effective oral and written communication.
Work Shift:
08.0 Per Diem No Waive (United States of America)Pay Range:
$36.94 - $46.20HourlyOffer amounts are based ondemonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area.Note: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting. The work shift will contain the word ‘exempt’ on it.
