Position Type:
- Contract (22 Week)
- On-Site
- Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm. 40 hours per week.
- Cash posting position
- Hospital Billing experience requires 2 - 3 years
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Responsibilities:
- Claims Follow Up, Underpayment, and denials
- Commercial payors Aetna, United Healthcare, Horizon, and IBX
- Verify eligibility with insurance companies.
- Communicate with patients and insurance companies regarding co-pays, deductibles, denials, and Cost of Benefit (COB) issues.
- Resolve accounts timely and effectively.
- Provides excellent customer service.
