Patient Access Associate III (Scheduler)- Falls Church, VA

Location                            : Falls Church, VA 22042

Project Duration           :4months’ofcontract
 

Job Description

·        Experience assisting Patient Access leadership to promote effective and efficient department operations and achieve revenue cycle goals by serving as a leader to front line staff

·        Two years of patient access experience

·        GED or High School Diploma

·        Advanced communication and computer skills. Proven history of sound decision making; problem solving; and analytical thinking.

·        Complex appointment scheduling via the NICE computer-based system, requires use of EPIC and Teams.

·        Experience as a scheduler needed. Schedules for 4 high volumes, high- risk preganancy clinics.
