- Prepare, weigh, bake and rotate pastries, cakes and cookies following to our locally loved recipes
- Set up and maintain our pastry cases
- Work in a commercial setting, operating food processors, mixers and other equipment safelyand according to best practicesFollow all sanitation and health policies and procedures
- Aid and support all back of house teams as needed
