📌 ¿Cuál será tu misión?

Apoyar la gestión y evolución de la experiencia de nuestros clientes en canales digitales, contribuyendo al análisis de indicadores, recorridos de clientes (Customer Journeys) y oportunidades de mejora en plataformas comoIVR, WhatsApp Bot, App Mi Tigo y Centro de Ayuda, incluyendo iniciativas de automatización e Inteligencia Artificial.

🎯 ¿Qué harás?

✅ Levantar y analizarCustomer Journeys digitales, identificando pain points y oportunidades de mejora en los diferentes puntos de contacto.

✅ Monitorear y dar seguimiento a indicadores de experiencia digital comoNPS, CSAT, CES, FCR y otros KPIs operativos.

✅ Analizar la Voz del Cliente (VOC), datos operativos y comportamiento de usuarios para generar recomendaciones e iniciativas de mejora.

✅ Apoyar la priorización y seguimiento de proyectos que contribuyan a optimizar la experiencia de nuestros clientes.

✅ Participar en iniciativas relacionadas conautomatización, canales digitales e Inteligencia Artificial.

👤 ¿A quién buscamos?

🎓 Estudiante de los últimos años deIngeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.

📊 Manejo básico/intermedio deExcel.

💡 Interés enCustomer Experience, Digital Experience, Automatización e Inteligencia Artificial.

🤝 Proactividad, capacidad analítica, orientación al aprendizaje y gusto por el trabajo en equipo.

📈 Curiosidad por comprender el comportamiento de los clientes y transformar datos en oportunidades de mejora.
