Parts Specialist - 41

A Parts Specialist is responsible for sourcing, procuring, and selling parts andaccessories that are required by customers. This position requires an individual who has a strong background in industrial or similar industries that require the use and replacement of parts.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Efficient sourcing and procurement of parts
• Consulting with technicians and customers to understand part requirements
• Providing quotations, pricing and availability of parts
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
• Handling and maintaining the inventory records

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• A High School diploma
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a parts related business or industry
• Good analytical and problem solving skills demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
