Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in finding the right parts and accessories for their vehicles
• Process orders, manage invoicing, and ensure accurate documentation
• Stay informed on new products, promotions, and discontinued items

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (automotive/technical training is a plus)
• Prior experience in an automotive parts department or dealership preferred
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Ford vehicles and parts is a plus
• Proficient in basic computer skills and inventory management software
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
