As a Parts Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of parts ordering and inventory in a busy collision repair facility:

• Order, receive, and invoice parts and materials using industry‑specific software
• Follow up on vendor orders and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain and organize the parts area for efficiency and accuracy
• Update Estimators and Technicians on parts status and availability
• Support the shop with clear, efficient communication and problem‑solving
• Help manage sustainability‑aligned materials (recyclables, cores, packaging reduction efforts, etc.)

• Support documentation related to EV readiness, calibration parts, and modern repair processes

• Automotive knowledge or prior collision/repair industry experience
• Parts experience in a shop, dealership, or related environment
• Ability to manage multiple ordering systems, vendor portals, and workflows
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• A willingness to keep learning and growing your technical knowledge
