What You'll Do

• Answer telephone and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Communicate effectively with customers and vendors via phone, in-person or email.
• Assist customers by answering questions, checking stock availability, and taking parts orders in a quick, friendly and professional manner
• Interact with Service Team to coordinate parts for vehicle repair and service.
• Order parts from suppliers based on service department and customer requests.
• Create accurate invoices.

What You'll Bring

• CDK experience, preferred
• Parts Advisor experience
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Positive Attitude
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
