Job Title:Partnership Operation Specialist

Job Location: Zagreb, Croatia

Main Responsibilities:

1. Be familiar with the local market sales and partner systems of network and storage products in Croatia and Slovenia.

2. Communicate with and develop local partners, contact sales managers to develop partners together, obtain project opportunities, and support partners' success.

3. Be responsible for partner branding activities, including the annual partner branding planning, activity execution, and summary.

4. Be responsible for partner capability improvement, and follow up on the enablement of pre-sales and post-sales personnel of partners and related Huawei certification exams.

5. Be responsible for the daily operations and development of distributors, including BP alignment, marketing activities, weekly meetings, distributor PSI management, and tier-2 partner development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication or Electrical / Electronic Engineering or Economy etc.

• Be familiar with the local markets and partner systems of network & storage products in Croatia & Slovenia.

• Good presentation and negotiation skills

• Precise work style

• Target oriented, open minded, flexible person

• Willing to explore Slovenian telecom market

• Basic level understanding of telecom technical solutions

• Good interpersonal skills

• Excellent English and Croatia language skills, both written and spoken
