The firm is entering its next stage of growth and is seeking to bring on an experienced litigator who is interested in shaping and expanding a boutique practice alongside a committed founding partner.
About the Role
This is a strategic partnership opportunity for an established civil or commercial litigator who wants to join a firm in a leadership capacity. You will operate as a true partner, collaborating with the founder on firm growth, business planning, and mentorship of junior lawyers. You will manage your own practice with full autonomy while benefiting from shared space, staff, and operational support.
Day to day work will involve running your own files, contributing to ongoing firm initiatives, and participating in the development of the associate team.
