Partner Support Coordinator III (Remote)

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for aPartner Support Coordinator III (Remote) for our premier client.
 
Education and Experience »
  • Strong written, verbal, and chat communication skills.
  • Excellent consultation and partnership abilities.
  • Ability to manage high-volume workloads independently and as part of a team.
  • Critical thinking and downstream impact analysis.
  • Proactive partnership management.
  • Effective time management and prioritization.
  • Commitment to delivering a positive candidate and client experience.
  • HR or Talent Operations experience.
 
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing orders provided by contracted selling partners.
  • This includes, but is not limited to, receiving orders from sales, inputting them into the system and then seeing the orders through to completion.
  • May act as liaison between client authorized selling partners and client internal teams.
  • Must have the ability to manage high volume, great customer service skills and a team player.
  • Good communication, is self-motivated, has experience with data entry, has proven success in multi-tasking capabilities and has attention to detail.
  • Prefers telecom background, however, this is not a hard requirement.
  • Must be flexible in working hours.
