Parties & Events Manager

Kingpin is bringing our signature entertainment experience to Bondi Junction, and we're looking for an exceptionalParties & Events Manager to lead the charge in delivering extraordinary guest experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Parties & Events Manager, you'll oversee the end-to-end delivery of all parties and events within the venue, ensuring every celebration exceeds expectations.

You'll:

• Lead the planning, coordination and execution of all parties and events from booking handover through to post-event feedback.
• Inspire, coach and develop a team of Event Hosts and a Party Supervisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Partner with venue leaders across Food & Beverage, Attractions and Operations to ensure events are seamlessly executed.
• Champion a guest-first culture and continually identify ways to elevate the event experience.
• Review event performance, guest feedback and operational outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure all events are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with company standards.
• Build a positive, energetic and high-performing team culture.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely loves creating memorable experiences.

You'll bring:

• Experience leading event operations, hospitality, entertainment or guest experience teams.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving outstanding guest feedback.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent planning, organisation and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high service standards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A collaborative approach and willingness to work across multiple departments.
• A valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) or the ability to obtain one.
