Participant Success Coordinator
SteadyState Work Partners | Austin/Central Texas
Part-Time | Assignment-Based | $21/hour
What We Do
SteadyState Work Partners is a human capital consulting firm specializing in human capital risk mitigation.
We work with organizations when a valuable person's Heat-of-the-Moment actions or inaction are creating business consequences—and knowing better hasn't been enough to stop it.
Our proprietary TAU Core™ intervention develops theI Caught Myself Reflex™: the ability to interrupt an automatic reaction before it becomes consequential action or inaction.
The Role
The Participant Success Coordinator is the participant'sconsistent point of contact from the beginning of a SteadyState engagement through completion.
A participant may interact with different SteadyState professionals as they move through Preparation/Observation, TAU Core™ field delivery, and, when applicable, the six-week TAU Plus™ integration period.
You remain.
You are the person the participant knows they can contact. You make sure they know what happens next, have what they need, complete required administrative steps, and experience transitions between people and phases as seamless and well coordinated.
Your job is to make the SteadyState experience feelsmooth, clear, and effortless for the participant—even when significant coordination is happening behind the scenes.

Welcome participants and establish yourself as their primary SteadyState contact.
Coordinate participant onboarding.
Schedule required participant activities and appointments.
Ensure required forms, waivers, and administrative requirements are completed.

Close participant records when the SteadyState engagement ends after Core.

Coordinate scheduling and participant communication.

Track required participant activities and follow-up.
Make sure participants know what is happening and what comes next.
Resolve administrative or logistical issues and connect participants with the appropriate SteadyState professional when needed.
Maintain participant records through completion.
Coordinate final engagement closeout.
The Handoffs Are Yours, Not Theirs
Participants should not have to figure out SteadyState's internal organization.
They should not have to wonder:
Who do I contact now?
Who is handling this?
Did the next person get what they need?
Was I supposed to schedule something?
What happens next?
You manage those transitions.
The participant should experience one continuous SteadyState relationship, even when several people are working behind it.
What You Will Not Do
You willnot:
Facilitate TAU Core™.
Deliver the intervention.
Provide coaching, counseling, or therapy.
Interpret participant experiences or reactions.
Provide clinical guidance.
Perform the work assigned to facilitators or other specialists.
Make readiness or safety decisions outside your assigned authority.
When a participant needs something outside your role, you do not guess or improvise.
You make sure they reach the right person.
