Part Time Retail Sales Merchandiser

About the Opportunity

We are keen to get an awesome new team member onboard to work as a part time Retail Sales Merchandiser.

Our client, Procter & Gamble, is an FMCG leader and provider of world class brands that can be found across the globe, used by more than 8 billion people. Working Wednesday - Friday (23 hours per week) across the Bayside Brisbane area and surrounds. You will be responsible for increasing sales to drive our client's market share and category performance through store ownership using opportunity-based selling, to achieve (and not limited to) the below: 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and key retail stakeholders to drive sales growth and brand presence.
• Identify and secure opportunities for additional shelf space, displays, and promotional execution to maximise market share.
• Drive outstanding in-store execution through effective merchandising, planogram implementation, and display compliance.
• Leverage promotional periods to maximise sales performance, shopper engagement, and category growth.
• Analyse store performance and field data to identify opportunities, resolve challenges, and improve results.
• Provide valuable market intelligence and customer feedback to support business planning and commercial decision-making.
• Deliver territory objectives through effective planning, prioritisation, and time management.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales, distribution, and execution targets.

Key selection criteria:

• Previous experience in Sales based role in Retail, FMCG or Merchandising.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent time management skills and a positive attitude
• Able to work autonomously
• Valid driver licence and reliable car
