Seasonal Part-Time Personal Assistant Needed (May-November) in Wasilla

We are in search of a reliable and detail-oriented Seasonal Part-Time Personal Assistant to assist a busy entrepreneur with both personal and professional tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

- Seasonal position from May through November

- Part-time role, around 10 hours per week, with days to be determined (no weekends)

- Employee will be on W-2 payroll

- Potential for growth within the role

Key Responsibilities:

- Meal planning and preparation

- Running errands, such as grocery shopping

- Managing calendars and travel arrangements

- Coordinating with business office staff to avoid scheduling conflicts

- Scheduling personal and family appointments

- Light office tasks including data entry

- Occasional light housekeeping duties

- Conducting online research as needed

Requirements:

- Proficiency with computers, including experience with Mac systems

- Familiarity with Google platforms (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, etc.)

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Ability to maintain confidentiality

- Must have own reliable car and valid driver's license

- Flexibility to handle various tasks and schedules

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
