Part-Time Hours: 15 - 20 hours per week.

Required Availability:Monday - Thursday, between 10 AM - 6 PM

Position Responsibilities

• Review and maintain sales tax exemption certificates to ensure accurate customer tax records.
• Guide customers through tax certificate requirements and help resolve missing or incomplete documentation.
• Collaborate with Finance team members to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure efficient operations.
• Calculate and process sales tax credits.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant coursework or Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accountingpreferred.
• Prior customer service, finance, banking or retail experience isa plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
