Tuttle-Click Automotive  is seeking a dependable and organizedPart-Time File Clerk to support our Business Office. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys keeping things organized, and works well in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize, file, and maintain dealership records and documents.
• Retrieve files and documents for office staff as requested.
• Scan, copy, and prepare documents for filing and recordkeeping.
• Review files for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain organized and secure filing systems.
• Assist with general clerical and administrative duties as needed.
• Help ensure confidential information and records are handled appropriately.
• Support special projects and Business Office needs as assigned.

Schedule

Part-Time
Monday thru Friday hours may vary based on business needs.

Compensation & Benefits

The Part-Time File Clerk Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.   

Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $17.00 and $19.00.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Previous office, filing, or administrative experience preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain accuracy while performing repetitive tasks.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
