We’re hiring a proactive, organized, and tech-savvyExecutive Assistant to support one of our clients across business growth, hiring, wholesale, brand strategy, and personal admin. You’ll help keep operations efficient and communication flowing.This is a direct hire, independent contractor role.

🔧 Focus Areas:

• Growth & Strategy Support

• Hiring Coordination & Screening

• Wholesale Lead Management & Outreach

• Inbox, Email, & Calendar Triage

• Shopify & Website Updates (training provided)

• Review & Reputation Monitoring (Trustpilot, Google, etc.)

• File & System Organization (Google Drive)

• Personal Admin (Bookings, Tasks, Reminders)

• Community Support (Discord Updates & Feedback Tracking)

✅ Must-Have Skills:

• Excellent written & spokenEnglish

• Confident usingAI tools (GPT-4, Perplexity, etc.)

• Willing to learn basiceCommerce tools (Shopify, Klaviyo)

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized

• Comfortable working acrossDubai & US timezones
