Core Responsibilities

· Supervise daily warehouse and material handling operations — including receiving, storing, shipping, and inventory control.

· Ensure compliance with safety standards — such as forklift operation, OSHA regulations, and proper handling of hazardous materials

· Manage material flow — coordinating the movement of goods to support production schedules and customer delivery performance

· Train and lead team members — mentoring staff, ensuring adherence to safety and operational procedures

· Monitor inventory accuracy — conducting cycle counts and maintaining accurate records

· Support supply chain activities — including procurement planning, kitting, and ensuring material availability

· forward-thinking leader who demonstrates ingenuity, embraces continuous improvement, and proactively identifies opportunities to enhance material flow, inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and team performance.

Skills & Qualifications

· Safety procedures and OSHA compliance are top priorities

· Experience with cycle counts, lean manufacturing, and assembly line operations is common

· Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate between departments.

· Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.

Base hourly rate $32-$35/hr.
