YOUR ROLE:

As an Insurance Litigation Paralegal, your main responsibilities will include:

• Draft legal briefs and cost statements in both French and English;

• Document communications, meetings and minutes involving all parties involved in the cases, both internal and external;

• Maintain a record of key factors in each case;

• Ensure necessary follow-up are conducted regarding required actions in ongoing cases.

   

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• DCS in Paralegal Technology or any other relevant training will be considered;
• Experience as a Litigation Paralegal;
• Strong communication skills in both French and English (spoken and written);
• Efficient writing skills in both languages;

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
