Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire electrical control panels, junction boxes, and control enclosures for automation equipment.

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings.

• Install and connect electrical components, including relays, circuit breakers, terminal blocks, contactors, power supplies, and PLCs.

• Cut, strip, label, route, and terminate electrical wires according to specifications.

• Install wire duct, DIN rails, terminal strips, and other panel components.

• Perform continuity checks and basic electrical testing to verify wiring accuracy.

• Identify and troubleshoot wiring issues, loose connections, and electrical faults.

• Follow established wiring standards, safety procedures, and quality requirements.

• Work with electrical engineers, electricians, and machine builders to complete projects on schedule.

• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
