Senior AI Engineer

We are looking for aSenior AI Engineer to join our team and work on building and deploying AI-driven solutions using Databricks as our main data platform. The ideal candidate will design, build, and deploy intelligent agents and applications, leveraging modern orchestration patterns and retrieval-based systems to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy agents and applications on Databricks
• Build and maintain RAG systems for AI-driven solutions
• Implement agentic frameworks to support intelligent automation
• Develop orchestration patterns using both code-driven and LLM-driven approaches
• Manage data governance and cataloging through Unity Catalog
• Track and manage machine learning experiments using MLflow
• Utilize Genie and Genie Spaces to support data exploration and insights
• Maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI engineering or a related field
• Expertise in Databricks, Model Context Protocol, and Python
• Proficiency in RAG applications development
• Familiarity with MLflow, Genie, Genie Spaces, and Databricks One
• Knowledge of Unity Catalog and deploying agents and apps on Databricks
• Understanding of agentic frameworks and orchestration patterns (code-driven and LLM-driven)
• Familiarity with Terraform
• English level C1+
