Lead .NET Developer

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable, efficient code across multiple software projects
• Identify and resolve issues throughout the software development lifecycle
• Guide and mentor junior team members on industry best practices
• Fine-tune applications to achieve optimal speed and scalability
• Maintain compliance with security and data protection requirements

Requirements

• Extensive .NET development background with C#, spanning 5+ years minimum
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams within agile methodologies
• Hands-on experience in at least one core .NET domain (such as ASP.NET)
• Solid grasp of computer science basics, clean coding practices, programming principles, and design patterns
• Background in system design and architecture approaches (including messaging and microservices patterns)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Practical use of AI-powered tools (GitHub Copilot preferred)
• Solid familiarity with SDLC methodologies and tools (including code reviews, distributed version control, and testing)
• Strong English language skills for effective communication (B2+ proficiency level)

Nice to have

• Front-end development background involving HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and associated frameworks (React, Angular, Node.js, or Vanilla JS)
• Database technology expertise spanning relational and/or non-relational systems, query languages, and ORM tools
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and supporting tools (TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, Jenkins, Docker)
• Prior experience within agile development frameworks (Scrum or Kanban) utilizing tools such as JIRA or Trello
