IT Project Manager

We are seeking anIT Project Manager to lead enterprise technology delivery for a key client in Thailand. You will drive end-to-end execution across multiple initiatives, align senior stakeholders, manage risks and dependencies, and keep delivery transparent through strong governance. Work in a senior delivery team where your planning and leadership keep programs on track.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery across scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks and dependencies
• Build and maintain delivery plans, milestones, RAID logs and project reporting
• Run governance cadences including steering updates, PMO checkpoints and status reviews
• Partner with business leaders, product owners, technical teams and vendors to align priorities
• Track and manage cross-project dependencies, escalating early with clear options and impacts
• Coordinate testing, go-live readiness, stabilization and transition to operations
• Support vendor coordination including contract oversight and performance tracking

Requirements

• Proven experience managing large scale enterprise IT projects in complex and multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong project management experience across the full project lifecycle including governance and reporting
• Hands-on experience using Agile and hybrid delivery approaches
• Clear communication with confidence engaging both technical teams and senior leaders
• Demonstrated ability in risk management, planning and cross-functional coordination
• Working knowledge of PMO governance frameworks and delivery controls
• Professional proficiency in English and Thai

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
• Agile certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps or dashboarding tools
