1. Palantir Foundry (Primary Requirement)

• Hands-on experience with the Palantir Foundry platform.
• Experience with data integration and transformation within Foundry.
• Experience building and maintaining Foundry pipelines and workflows.
• Experience with ontology-based data modeling and analytical solutions.
• Development of business-facing solutions in Palantir.

2. Azure Databricks

• Experience with Databricks SQL.
• Experience in data processing and transformation.
• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining Databricks notebooks.
• Understanding of Spark-based data processing.

3. Azure Data Platform

• Experience with Azure Data Lake.
• Experience working within Azure data ecosystems.
• Understanding of cloud-based data architectures.

4. Data Engineering & Analytics

• Advanced SQL skills.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and analysis.
• Experience with data modeling and handling large datasets.

5. Business & Functional Skills

• Ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working with stakeholders and business users.
• Understanding of data governance and data quality practices.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Power BI dashboard development.
• DAX and Power Query.
• SSAS-based reporting solutions.
• DirectQuery implementation.
• KPI reporting and visualization.
• Business Intelligence and data visualization experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 3–4.5 years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or data platform development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Palantir Foundry is mandatory.
• Familiarity with the Azure Databricks ecosystem and ability to develop Databricks notebooks when required.
• Experience integrating and transforming data from multiple enterprise data sources.
• Exposure to reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
