Title: Paint SE Upper Body Engineer
Location: PEMC - Georgetown, KY
Remote/On-site/Hybrid: Onsite
Local or non-local: Local
Backfill/New Headcount: Replacement
Working hours: Typical M-F 8/5, but overtime and weekends/holidays/shutdowns if project needs
Duration: 12+ Months with possibility of extension
Bachelor’s degree: BS In Engineering OR Equivalent Experience
Target bill rate: ***/hr
Maximum bill rate: ***/hr
Overtime: 12% overtime on weekends/holidays/shutdowns if project needs
Travel: Yes
What percentage or how often: Normal travel is around 12% based on project location.
Where will they need to travel: Domestic travel: Texas, Indiana, Mississippi. And International Travel
If International, to/from which countries: International Travel - Canada and Mexico if needed.
Will it be for meetings/observation: Meeting, observation, and conduction production trial (work)
How soon after the offer will they be required to travel: Short trip (1 wks.) after 1 month offered. Only short trip travel for 3 weeks max.
Need valid document for international travel (passport)
If travel would be scheduled more than 3 months dispatch would be available: No. Only short trip travel for 3 weeks
Experience level: 2-3+ years of experience, 1+ years of Automotive experience

Which specific equipment or PPE will be required by resources to perform job duties? Example – Steel toed shoes, etc. *** will provide all PPE: Steet toe, Hard Hat, Safety Glasses, Paint Suite.
Must Haves
Proficient in 2D and 3D modeling, AutoCad, Catia.
Overall project schedule planning.
Proficient with Microsoft products (Excel, Power-Point, Word, Outlook)
3D Cad dwg. experience minimum 1 year.
Job experience 1 or 2 years. If Co-op & Internship should have 2 terms or more.

***’s TMNA Paint Production Engineering Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Engineer
The primary responsibility of this role is to lead new model activity in Paint SE (Simultaneous Engineering) function as liaison between design and manufacturing projects throughout all ***’s North American Paint Manufacturing Shops
Reporting to the Manager, the person in this role will support the Paint Engineering department's objective to provide new model processes to manufacturing facilities that meet Paint Standard, Safety, Quality, Productivity and Cost.
Key Responsibilities:
Support SE group to develop and update Paint SE standard check sheet, shikumi, BMC, feedback from other projects to continue improving Paint SE quality, safety, productivity, and cost.

Proficient in 2D and 3D modeling, AutoCad, Catia.

Added bonus if you have:
Project management
