LOCATION: Santa Clara, CA
DURATION: 6 Months
PAY RANGE: $60-$70/hr.

COMPANY:

Our client is a global leader in AI and high-performance computing, powering innovations in gaming, robotics, and data science.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Our client is looking for a passionate, extraordinary marketer to join our Digital Marketing Organization. The broader team encompasses everything from digital experience, email marketing, and analytics.

Come be part of the digital marketing team as a Paid Media Manager and be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns that reach a highly technical, developer-focused audience and drive measurable business impact. Our team functions as an internal agency, acting as deep experts in digital marketing by providing recommendations, strategies, and campaign execution for our various product teams, including complex, technical product lines like Open Models. We are looking for a seasoned paid media expert who can operate at a fast pace, juggle multiple projects simultaneously, and bring agency-level rigor to everything they do.

In this role, you will create media strategies and execute across various media channels for the B2B side of our business, with a particular focus on reaching developer audiences. You will also serve as a thought leader and consultant for partners who execute campaigns on our behalf.

What you'll be doing:

  • Build campaign proposals that include recommendations, strategies, KPIs, and actionable insights tailored to complex technical products
  • Translate paid media performance data and complex channel dynamics into clear, compelling narratives for non-marketing stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Present campaign strategies, results, and recommendations in large team meetings, cross-functional reviews, and executive briefings, confidently and clearly
  • Develop strong relationships with product and campaign stakeholders across technical and non-technical functions
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors to develop successful programs
  • Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis for campaign launches, with specific expertise in reaching developer personas
  • Write optimized ads and extensions across all Google ad types (Display, Discovery, Search)
  • Assist on online activations across our client's website and virtual events (e.g., webinar programs)
  • Build and execute strategy for YouTube Keynotes and Live Premieres
  • Develop and present results decks that surface meaningful insights and clear recommendations for future campaigns
  • Leverage AI tools, including Claude and Codex, to improve campaign workflows, automate reporting, and accelerate insight generation

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience building and executing paid media campaigns with demonstrated expertise across the full media mix
  • Agency experience strongly preferred. You bring the structure, speed, and cross-client perspective of someone who has managed complex programs in an agency environment
  • Proven ability to lead paid media campaigns across all platforms, i.e., Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, X, Meta, and media publication work including Digital OOH placements
  • Experience marketing to developer audiences. You understand how developers research, evaluate, and engage with technical products, and you know how to reach them effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex media problems, channel trade-offs, and performance metrics clearly to non-marketers and leadership. You can make the complicated simple
  • Comfortable presenting and public speaking in large calls, cross-functional reviews, and senior-level settings
  • Passionate about driving results through data. You analyze performance, identify opportunities, and translate findings into strategy
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across a range of stakeholders
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Experience:

  • Hands-on familiarity with AI tools, particularly Claude or Codex, and experience using them to improve marketing workflows, analyze data, or accelerate campaign operations
  • Experience running campaigns for complex, technical, or developer-focused products (e.g., open-source models, APIs, developer platforms, or infrastructure software)
  • Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, pixel implementation, and paid social metrics dashboards
  • A passion for metrics and digging into the details to uncover insights others miss
  • Background managing or consulting on organic social media to drive engagement and brand affinity
  • Understanding of how paid media fits into the broader digital journey and how touchpoints work together for greater impact

EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
  •
