Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Motivate and support team members to achieve their peak performance through coaching 

• Collaborate with branch managers to set and review performance targets 

• Monitor performance, driving accountability with Branch Leadership teams and individual team members

• Build action plans to address operational inefficiencies and support the execution

• Provide feedback and recommendations around performance and sale improvements

To be considered, you should possess:

• Proven experience and performance in sales 

• Experience in training and/or coaching is essential 

• Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) 

• Outstanding leadership, and influencing abilities

• Strong coaching and mentoring skills

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines

• Result orientated with a strong focus on achieving KPIs 

• Strong analytical approach and great attention to detail

• Flexibility to travel interstate and intrastate on a regular basis
