PositionOverview

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patientcarewhileworkingcollaborativelywithaninterdisciplinaryhealthcareteam.Youwilloverseedailynursingoperations,deliverdirectclinicalcare,andhelpensurethehealth,safety,andwell-beingofresidents.

KeyResponsibilities

• Supervisenursingstaffandcoordinatedailyshiftactivities.
• Deliverdirectpatientcare,includingmedicationadministration,IVtherapy,andlaboratory-relatedprocedures.
• Completecomprehensiveresidentassessmentsandmonitorchangesincondition.
• Manageadmissions,transfers,anddischargeprocesses.
• Maintainaccurateclinicaldocumentationandensurecompliancewithfacilitypoliciesandregulatoryrequirements.
• Collaboratewithphysicians,therapists,andotherhealthcareprofessionalstopromotepositivepatientoutcomes.
• Providepatientandfamilyeducationasneeded.

Qualifications

• ActiveandunrestrictedCaliforniaRegisteredNurse(RN)license.
• NewgraduateRNsarewelcomeandencouragedtoapply.
• Strongcommunication,organizational,andcritical-thinkingskills.
• Abilitytoworkeffectivelyinafast-paced,team-orientedenvironment.
• Commitmenttodeliveringcompassionate,patient-centeredcare.
