Position Summary

As aWeekend Supervisor (RN), you will oversee clinical and operational activities during weekend shifts, ensuring residents receivesafe, high-quality, and compassionate care. You will serve as the on-site leader, supporting staff and maintaining clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and supportnursing staff (LPNs & CNAs) during weekend shifts
• Ensure delivery ofhigh-quality, resident-centered care
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and leadership
• Assist with staffing coordination and coverage as needed
• Ensure accurate and compliantclinical documentation
• Maintain adherence tostate, federal, and facility regulations
• Serve as a clinical resource and leader for the care team
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accreditedRegistered Nursing (RN) program
• Active, unencumberedRN license in South Carolina (required)
• Long-term care and rehab experience required
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for high-quality, compassionate care
