Position Summary

As aWound Care Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for providing specialized skin and wound care to residents under the direction of the physician, Director of Nursing, and/or Medical Director. You will play a key role in promoting healing, preventing complications, and improving overall resident outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Providedirect wound care and skin treatments in accordance with physician orders

• Assess, monitor, and document wound progress and treatment effectiveness

• Assist in developing andmodifying individualized care plans

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes

• Educate staff on proper wound care techniques and prevention strategies

• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation

• Ensure adherence to all regulatory, safety, and infection control standards

Qualifications

• Active, unencumberedRN license in South Carolina

• Graduate of an accreditedNursing program

• Current CPR certification required

• Experience withPointClickCare (PCC) preferred

• Prior wound care experience strongly preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail

• Passion for delivering compassionate, resident-centered care
