PuroClean Restoration Specialists is looking for aContents Technician to help customers recover after water, fire, and mold damage.
When someone's home is damaged, their belongings often need to be carefully packed, documented, cleaned, stored, and eventually returned. Our customers are often overwhelmed. We need someone who can connect with people, show empathy, and handle their belongings with care and respect.
Restoration experience is not required. We will train the right person.
Who We're Looking For
You may be a great fit if you:
- Areself-motivated and can work independently once you understand what needs to be done.
- Have asense of urgency and keep moving without needing constant direction.
- Arewarm and good with people. You understand that our customers are often going through a difficult time.
- Aredetail-oriented. Labels, inventories, photos, documentation, and organization matter to you.
- Areprocess-oriented and understand the importance of following procedures consistently.
- Are ateam player who is willing to jump in and help wherever needed.
- Takeownership of your responsibilities and follow through.
- Can adapt when priorities change and maintain a positive attitude.
- Carefully pack and protect customers' belongings.
- Photograph, label, inventory, and track contents.
- Transport contents to and from our warehouse.
- Clean and deodorize belongings affected by water, smoke, soot, and other contaminants.
- Maintain accurate job documentation.
- Keep customer contents properly labeled and organized in our warehouse.
- Assist with returning belongings to customers' homes.
- Communicate with customers and team members throughout the process.
- Follow company procedures and safety requirements.
Customers feel comfortable knowing their belongings are in good hands.
Contents are carefully handled, properly documented, cleaned, and returned without unnecessary damage.
You work efficiently, follow established processes, and pay attention to the details.
Your team can count on you to show up, contribute, and follow through.
Most importantly, you take pride in your work and understand that what we do makes a difference in people's lives.
Benefits
- $19–$22 per hour, depending on experience
