Your role at Clorox:
The PKG Tech 1 works under very limited supervision, rotating among various work stations in the packaging area performing all work necessary to set-up, operate, adjust, maintain, change over, repair and replace all machinery and equipment used to package charcoal products in order to meet production requirements. This includes the integration of administrative, leadership and team building responsibilities with the equipment operation and maintenance. Examples of tasks that are required to meet production requirements and achieve the desired results are attached.Hourly Pay: $26.65
Shift: Rotating
In this role, you will:
• Perform quality tests to ensure targeted specifications are met. Use computers to complete daily reports, logs, and to control the process.
• Responsible for monitoring and performing adjustments to ensure continual process operations.
• Responsible for maintaining department housekeeping standards.
• Provide to the department to maintain current level of operation.
• Perform preventive maintenance work, prepare work orders, and assist maintenance personnel with scheduled and unscheduled shutdown repairs.

- Understand the use of Zontec; data entry and SPC.
- Demonstrate the use of SAP; production entry, reversal, goods receipts, and PM notifications.
- Mechanical and Electrical Skills
A. Knows and understands the use of basic power and hand tools.
B. Understand basic industrial electricity.
C. Understands and repairs basic drive components of conveying systems.
D. Basic welding, cutting, and metal fabrication skills.

F. Support plant WCO activities as needed. May include WPO, Centerlining, IM
G. Understand and support plant environmental requirements.
