Essential Job Functions:
- Configuration & Development:
- configuring and maintaining the Employee Central module, implementing HR business processes, troubleshooting system issues, and supporting end-users.
- Time Off : c
- onfiguring, implementing, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Time Management, handling absence/attendance types, accruals, workflows, approvals, and integrations
- Global Benefits:
- Designing, configuring, and implementing global benefit ,Configure benefit plans, eligibility rules, workflows.
- Custom MDF Development:
- Create custom objects, fields, and MDF-based applications (like custom cards, workflows, or document management) to extend functionality beyond standard EC features.
- Integration & Data Management:
- Ensure seamless data flow between EC, custom MDF, and other HR/payroll systems, managing data accuracy and integrity.
- Business Process Automation:
- Design and implement business rules, events, and workflows within EC and MDF to automate HR processes.
- Support & Training:
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and train HR users and employees on EC and custom MDF features.
- Solution Design:
- Propose and design functional and technical solutions for complex HR requirements using EC and MDF capabilities.
- Total Yrs of Exp - 6 to 9 Yrs.
- Relv Yrs of Exp - Minimum 6 year.
- Successfactor EC ( Employee Central) and Payroll.
- Minimum 6-9 years of hands on experience in Successfactor Payroll & Employee Central
