Introduction

This role involves supporting payroll and HRIS transformation initiatives. The candidate will work on compensation updates, system configurations, legislative changes, and ERP transformation activities. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll operations and system transitions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Configure, maintain, and supportSAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Manage payroll-related employee data, includingemployee lifecycle events, organizational assignments, compensation, earnings, deductions, and benefits.
• Configure and supportpayroll processing, payroll calendars, payroll areas, wage types, recurring/non-recurring payments, and off-cycle payroll.
• SupportEC-to-ECP employee and organizational data replication and troubleshoot integration and data synchronization issues.
• Configure and support integrations betweenSuccessFactors, ECP, Time Tracking, benefits, banking, tax, and third-party systems.
• Analyze and implementcountry-specific payroll, tax, statutory, and legislative requirements.
• Supportpayroll year-end processing, legislative updates, tax updates, reconciliation, and statutory reporting.
• Develop and executeunit, SIT, E2E, UAT, regression, and parallel payroll testing.
• Validate payroll results, identify discrepancies, perform reconciliation, and troubleshoot payroll calculation and integration issues.
• Participate inSuccessFactors/ECP implementations, enhancements, migrations, and upgrades from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live.
• Supportdata migration and validation, including employee, compensation, payroll, time, and organizational data.
• Provideproduction support, incident management, root-cause analysis, and defect resolution for payroll and SuccessFactors issues.
• Collaborate withHR, Payroll, Finance, Benefits, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Preparefunctional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, process documentation, and user guides.
• Supportcutover, hypercare, post-go-live stabilization, and knowledge-transfer activities.
