MercyOne Northeast Iowa is actively recruiting aNurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join ourgrowing Breast Center in Waterloo, Iowa. Position Highlights

• 100%outpatient Breast Center practice
• Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)
• Minimal to no call responsibilities
• Work alongsidebreast surgeons, radiology, oncology, and nurse navigators
• Manage patients fromscreening through survivorship
• Strongonboarding + mentorship program
• Ideal for APPs interested inoncology, surgery, or women’s health

Clinical Responsibilities

• Conductnew patient visits, follow-ups, and high-risk breast assessments
• Review and communicatemammography, imaging, and biopsy results
• Provideeducation and counseling on breast conditions and treatment options
• Coordinate care withimaging, surgery, oncology, and genetics
• Supportpre/post-procedure care and survivorship planning

Qualifications

• NP (FNP or AGNP) or PA-C certification
• Eligible forIowa licensure
• Interest or experience in:
  • Breast Health
  • Women’s Health
  • Oncology or Surgery
• New graduates welcome with relevant clinical exposure
