About the Job

We are looking for a Finance Analyst | BPS Representative to work in the South Zone of São Paulo (CENESP – São Paulo Business Center), providing support for financial systems and process conversion projects, working closely with clients and internal teams. Main Responsibilities

• Support the mapping and analysis of clients’ financial and operational data
• Understand processes, forms, and reports to assist in data conversion to FIS systems
• Participate in testing, validation, and result analysis to ensure data quality
• Help with documenting client processes and requirements
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure successful implementation
• Support training sessions and clarify questions from clients and internal users;

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related areas
• Proficiency in English
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical profile, with attention to detail
• Organization, responsibility, and flexibility in day-to-day tasks

Plus Points

• Previous knowledge in financial systems or technology;
• Experience with data analysis, processes, reconciliation and projects.
