AI Engineer

As an AI Engineer at OWOW, you'll help make that happen.

You'll join a team of 35+ Wizkids across development, design, product, and strategy. A group of curious, ambitious, and talented people who genuinely enjoy building things together. We're looking for an AI Engineer who can bridge the gap between business challenges and technical solutions. Someone who understands both the opportunities and limitations of AI. You'll work directly with clients to uncover where AI can create real value, design the right solution, and bring it into production.

One day you might be building an AI agent that automates a business process. The next, you'll be creating a knowledge assistant that helps employees find the right information instantly. You'll design the architecture, build the integrations, deploy the solution, and improve it based on real-world feedback.

Our AI engineering toolkit

TypeScript & Node.js (NestJS) | Python | Mastra | LangGraph (or similar agent frameworks) | PostgreSQL & pgvector | LLM APIs | AWS & Bedrock | REST APIs | Docker & CI/CD | Knowledge Graphs (nice to have).
The exact tools vary by project. We're less interested in whether you've used a specific framework and more interested in your ability to make sound engineering decisions and learn quickly.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience, with strong experience in our tech stack and hands-on experience building AI-powered products.
• Based in the Netherlands, available for hybrid work from Eindhoven.
• Fluent in English or Dutch.

Experience with Mastra, LangGraph, AWS Bedrock, pgvector, or knowledge graphs is a plus.
