What your new challenge will look like 

• Lead and developon-site and off-sitelogistics specialists and coordinators to ensure the successful execution of daily operations. 

• Ensure high-quality transportation processes for our customers, with a strongfocus onon-time delivery. 

• Manage andoptimizeroadinbound transportation fromsuppliers tocustomer’s plantsand roadoutbound(empties)transportation fromplants tosuppliers. 

• Oversee the daily flow of goods and ensure effective exception management that meets our customers’ expectations. 

• Drive the continuous improvement of operational processes andidentify opportunities to increase quality and efficiency. 

• Communicate regularly with customers on operational status and act as the second-levelescalation contact for execution topics. 

• Collaborate closely withother internal stakeholderstobringthe different teams’/colleagues’viewpoints togetherthat ensurebest service quality andenablejoint success.

• You have a university degree, relevant professionalexperience and sound knowledge of transportation management inautomotiveroad freight. 

• You bring more than two years of experience in leading and developing a team.

• You have strong analytical,communication and leadership skills, combined with empathy and the ability to listen. 

• Fluency in English and German isrequired. 

• You enjoy working in a dynamic,virtual and internationallogisticsenvironment and are proficient in Microsoft Office.
