THE DETAILS:

Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available

Schedule: 4 nights on, 3 nights off

Pay Rate: $22.00–$25.25/hour + shift differentials (extra $0.50/hr on weekdays and $2.50/hr on weekends

Requirements: High School Diploma or GED

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Overnight Youth Development Professional, you will:

• Maintain thesafety, security, and well-being of students in your assigned area.
• Provide supervision and support throughout the overnight hours.
• Help students develop coping skills and make thoughtful, positive choices.
• Guide students in understanding the impact of their decisions and actions.
• Participate as a member of theTreatment Team to provide consistent care and support.
• Build positive relationships with students who may have experienced significant challenges in previous placements.
